Summer 2025 was a lot of fun and we're looking forward to Summer 2026. Reservations are coming in fast and we are working on a new software that will make your experience even better! Please watch for emails that will be delivered after it is activated which will allow you to make your deposits online instead of having to make phone calls.
The new owners -- Dave and Kris Lee -- are working hard on updates to the campground. We will have a lot of changes coming in the next few years and will be sharing them with you on the announcements page and with updated pictures as they are finished. Yes, Wendell, Dianne, Jamie and Ryan are planning to be here next summer because we love our summers with all of you!
D&K Log Cabin Resort & Campground, LLC Staff
D & K Log Cabin Resort and Campground, LLC will be open for the 2026 season from May 15th to October 5th for the whole campground. The pull-thru sites will be open until October 15th but the shower house will be closed from October 6th thru the 15th. Reservations can be made by phone or online. As you're browsing our website, don't forget to check out our Announcements Page for all of the changes occurring in the campground!

D&K LOG CABIN RESORT & CAMPGROUND, LLC
This hidden gem is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the small town of Curtis on Big Manistique Lake. The campground is approximately 25 acres and contains both campsites and cabins to allow everyone to enjoy in whatever fashion they wish. There are 54 campsites available with everything from electric only sites for tenting to pull-thru sites with full hook-ups which are up to 77 feet long (concrete pads are not the entire length of the site). The 14 cabins also have a large selection to choose from -- the oldest log cabin on the waterfront dating back to the early 1900's built by lumberjacks to a modular home which will house up to 13 people.
We have wood for sale on the premises and to protect our trees NO OUTSIDE WOOD IS ALLOWED.
