This rustic cabin is another of our favorites because of the large covered front porch and large yard with a beautiful view of the lake.  Although there is not a full bath, there is a shower in the cabin so no need to go to the shower house!  2 bedrooms and a futon in the living room means Balsam can accommodate up to 6 people.  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, coffee maker, utensils, plates, cups, refrigerator, toaster, pots and pans.  Outside there is a fire pit and a grill.  Linens and kitchen towels are provided but be sure to bring your own bath towels!  There is NO Air Conditioner. No tents allowed.

Fees for this cabin are $105 per night or $690 per week.  This price does not include pet or additional guest fees of $20 to $60 per week for each or the 9% tax.  An example fee for 2 nights with a pet would be  $249.90 = $210 (cabin rental)+$20 (1 pet)+$18.90 (tax)
